The Art Puzzle Challenge is an elite, multi-layered collaborative simulation designed to address the challenges of organizational fragmentation and corporate silos. Far from a simple, isolated painting class, this experience acts as a direct Simulation of Cross-Functional Dependency. The corporate group is fractured into independent teams, each assigned a single, blank canvas panel and a set of raw materials. Unknown to the participants at the start, their canvas represents just one micro-segment of a giant, interconnected corporate installation. The activity forces a profound shift from localized focus to a state of Macro-Micro Balance, proving that individual execution means nothing if it doesn't align with the broader systemic vision.
