Founder and CEO

Nishant, the Founder Director, is still an engineer at heart, puzzling out the complex challenge of helping organizations better engage their employees. He believes that 'engagement' is the key to unlocking many problems of world at large.

He is passionate about creating mass response generating things which includes communications, events and technologies. Under his leadership, engage4more has developed strong, longstanding client partnerships with an impressive number of large-cap organizations.

Arati Parashar

Co-founder and Director (Head Marketing and HR)

Arati thinks that the common goals that unite us are more important than the job titles and believes in putting trust, compassion, and authenticity first. She is passionate about helping people develop a positive attitude and craft better personal relationships.

As the Director, Arati brings in a ton of energy to the organization. She brings in strengths of Marketing and Brand Management from her vast experience in core media and retail sector with industry leaders.

Deepak Chaudhary

Business Head - North

Deepak believes that an organization's ultimate advantage comes from culture and believes that building a well rounded workplace is crucial to an organization's success.

Deepak has extensive management experience, in India and also in European markets giving him global exposure on workplaces. He is passionate about collaborating with clients in building winning cultures.
