Participants join via video conferencing and are divided into teams in breakout rooms. Each team leader is shown a segment of the organisation's vision image — customised with your company's actual vision, values, or goals — and must describe it to their team through a gamified activity structure. Teams work to identify their segment, understand its connection to the whole, and contribute their piece to the collective assembly. The tech-enabled platform tracks participation, manages the leaderboard, and facilitates the reveal moment. The facilitator guides the full experience from a central hosting position.
