Vineeta Singh is an Indian entrepreneur, investor and motivational speaker widely respected for transforming India’s beauty industry and championing women-led businesses. As co-founder and CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics, she turned a bold vision into reality, launching SUGAR in 2015 and growing it from a modest online-only venture into one of India’s fastest-growing cosmetic companies. By FY2024, SUGAR generated ₹505 crore in revenue and expanded its footprint to over 40,000 retail stores across more than 550 cities in India. 

Vineeta’s rise to prominence also comes from her visibility as a judge and mentor on Shark Tank India, where her sharp business insights and supportive guidance inspire aspiring entrepreneurs nationwide. In February 2025, she inaugurated the Indian Entrepreneurship Conclave (IECON’25) at Lovely Professional University, sharing her journey of resilience and entrepreneurship with hundreds of students. Beyond business, she is a passionate athlete, over nearly two decades she has completed 14 Mumbai Marathons and many ultramarathons worldwide, including the Comrades Marathon in South Africa.
