We require a clear indoor space of approximately 2 square metres per participant for the movement and practice elements. A standard training room, conference hall, or cleared office floor works well. A microphone is recommended for groups above 50.
The core programme focuses on physical safety and situational awareness. An extended format is available that incorporates digital safety, workplace boundary-setting, and POSH-linked awareness content. Please enquire for the extended format at the time of booking.
