About Pratik Gandhi
Pratik Gandhi is one of India’s most loved and versatile actors, best known for his phenomenal performance as Harshad Mehta in the critically acclaimed series Scam 1992. But long before he became a household name, Pratik was just another dream-seeker chasing his passion after office hours. An engineering graduate by qualification and a thespian at heart, he built his career brick by brick, through late-night rehearsals, countless rejections, and unwavering belief in his craft. Today, Pratik stands tall as a symbol of perseverance and artistic integrity in Indian cinema and theatre.
Born and raised in Surat, Gujarat, Pratik’s journey began in the world of Gujarati theatre, where he honed his acting skills and earned recognition for his powerful performances. Despite having a secure corporate job, his heart always belonged to the stage. His story beautifully captures the essence of balancing pragmatism with passion, choosing to follow his heart even when the odds were stacked against him.
What sets Pratik Gandhi apart is not just his talent, but his authenticity and integrity. He brings a rare groundedness to every character he portrays, be it the ambitious Harshad Mehta, a humble lover, or a conflicted everyman. His performances carry the rhythm of real life: the grind, the yearning, the joy of small victories, and the ache of silent defeats. Pratik’s craft reflects the common man’s resilience, making him not just an actor, but a storyteller who connects deeply with his audience.
With Scam 1992, Pratik didn’t just play a role, he redefined success for an entire generation, reminding people that boldness and belief can indeed reverse fate. Since then, he has continued to impress in both mainstream and regional cinema, while staying true to his artistic roots. Beyond the screen, Pratik Gandhi is also an inspiring motivational speaker, sharing lessons from his life about persistence, self-belief, and the courage to dream differently.
