This dynamic and interactive teambuilding simulation is conducted under the supervision of our expert trainers. The activity would be executed as under :

  1. Team Formation: Participants are divided into teams, ideally of equal size. Each team will represent a group of explorers.
  2. Introduction and Briefing: Kickstarts with an introduction to the activity, rules & regulations , guidelines etc. setting the stage for the expedition. The main objective is explained : to explore the ancient Mayan temple and find the most gold.
  3. Role Assignment: Each team member can be assigned a specific role within the exploration team, such as leader, navigator, negotiator, etc. This adds depth to the experience and encourages teamwork.
  4. Simulated Challenges and Hazards: Teams experiences a series of challenges or hazards within the temple environment. These are done through cards, puzzles, riddles, or mental challenges. The challenges are designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
  5. Negotiation and Interaction :The challenges create opportunities for teams to interact with one another. This could involve negotiations for shared resources or assistance in overcoming obstacles.
