What
Fish SPA at Work is engage4more’s most uniquely relaxing employee wellness offering — a therapeutic fish spa experience brought directly to your office, where Garra Rufa “doctor fish” gently exfoliate the feet, stimulate micro-circulation, and create an irresistibly calming experience that employees talk about for weeks. Unlike most wellness initiatives that require employees to travel to a spa or health centre, Fish SPA at Work eliminates the friction entirely: we bring the tanks, the fish, the trained attendants, and the full therapeutic setup to any office space, cafeteria, or wellness zone — making it the most accessible and surprising corporate wellness experience available in India.
Our delivery is grounded in engage4more’s MORE² Framework, which diagnoses the precise engagement gaps your team needs to address. Where strategic alignment is the objective, we layer in our SPARK Framework to connect the activity to your organisational priorities. To maximise the day’s impact, we recommend anchoring the session with one of our expert Motivational Speakers whose keynote primes the team for the experience ahead.
Beyond the immediate therapeutic benefit, Fish SPA at Work is a masterclass in the psychology of informal bonding. There is something about the shared novelty of sitting side-by-side with colleagues — shoes off, feet in water, laughing at the sensation of fish nibbling dead skin — that dissolves professional barriers with startling speed. Conversations happen at a Fish SPA tank that would never happen at a conference table. This is one of the few corporate wellness activities that simultaneously reduces cortisol, increases oxytocin, and generates the kind of spontaneous human connection that no team-building game can manufacture.

How
Our team brings two professional fish spa tanks accompanied by trained attendants and all necessary hygiene equipment to your venue. Employees simply remove their shoes, dip their feet into the temperature-controlled tanks, and experience 10 to 15 minutes of Garra Rufa therapy. Our attendants manage hygiene protocols between sessions, ensuring a completely safe and medically compliant experience throughout the day. For events, we run structured appointment slots that allow every employee to participate within the event window. The experience is typically positioned as a wellness break station within a larger Fun Friday, wellness day, or multi-activity engagement event.
