How
The session is designed by our facilitator in such a manner that it covers the various business aspects and their case studies. Your employees will be divided into teams of 4-5 participants of different departments. The session will include 3 case studies covering Marketing, Manpower, and Strategic Planning. The facilitator will help each group in their discussions. Each group will be asked to present their solution which will then be discussed by all groups under guided facilitation. Prior to the workshop, the facilitator will present very interesting similar case studies and actions taken by the organizations.
