About Divyanshu Ganatra
Divyanshu Ganatra is a clinical psychologist, cognitive neuroscientist, social entrepreneur, and record-holding adventure sports pioneer. After losing his eyesight at age 19 to glaucoma, he refused to let societal stereotypes dictate his capabilities. He became the first blind student to pursue cognitive neuroscience at the University of Pune, made a mark in IT, and went on to shatter global adventure sports records. Divyanshu is India’s first blind solo pilot, the first blind tandem cyclist to complete the 500+ km Manali to Khardung La expedition, and the first blind Indian to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro. He is also the founder of Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation (ABBF), a non-profit driving inclusion through adaptive outdoor sports.
Evaluated through structured frameworks like the STRIVE framework for keynotes, Divyanshu’s sessions translate life-and-death mountain decisions into actionable toolkits for organizational resilience, empathetic leadership, and growth mindsets. Backed by engage4more’s verified expertise of executing over 5,000 corporate events across India, his keynotes deliver high-impact insights that challenge core assumptions. He presents across versatile formats, including keynote addresses, CXO fireside chats, panel discussions, and interactive behavioral workshops. Divyanshu has addressed Fortune 500 companies, global leadership summits, and premier academic institutions, including Tata, Mahindra, Deloitte, Citibank, Volkswagen, Google, IITs, and IIMs. Media houses like BBC, CNN-IBN, CNBC, and The Times of India frequently feature his journey.
In recent achievements, Divyanshu was conferred the prestigious NCPEDP-Mphasis Universal Design Award for exemplary leadership in driving accessibility and universal design. Furthermore, ABBF’s FY 2025–26 report highlighted a milestone under his leadership, engaging over 10,000 participants and allies while constructing Kintsugi, India’s first fully accessible inclusive sports center. Publications describe him as a "transformative force who redefines human capability and turns radical empathy into enterprise strategy".
