Zorbing

What

Zorbing is engage4more’s most visually spectacular outdoor adventure experience — a soft-adventure activity where employees climb inside giant inflatable zorb bubbles and attempt to walk across the surface of a water body — a pool, a lake, or a dedicated water arena — experiencing the extraordinary sensation of apparently walking on water while the bubble rolls, bounces, and tilts around every attempt at forward movement. The activity is simultaneously physically engaging, comedically unpredictable, and genuinely awe-inspiring: every participant who steps into a zorb and takes their first uncertain steps on the water surface produces a crowd reaction that is part amazement, part helpless laughter, and entirely unforgettable.

Our delivery is grounded in engage4more’s MORE² Framework, which diagnoses the precise engagement gaps your team needs to address. Where strategic alignment is the objective, we layer in our SPARK Framework to connect the activity to your organisational priorities. To maximise the day’s impact, we recommend anchoring the session with one of our expert Motivational Speakers whose keynote primes the team for the experience ahead.

Zorbing works as a team activity because the shared experience of attempting something genuinely novel and physically uncertain — something that every participant approaches with equal uncertainty and equal vulnerability — creates authentic bonds of empathy and shared adventure that structured team games rarely match. The crowd on the poolside cheering on their colleague inside the bubble, the triumphant exit to applause, and the inevitable comparison of wobbling techniques in the debrief all contribute to a collective memory of genuine shared experience that your team will reference for years.
