Employees are grouped into teams. The obstacle course — a confined area of approximately 80 x 50 feet filled with props-based obstacles and point-scoring objects — is revealed to the full group. One team member is blindfolded and enters the course; the remaining team members stand outside the boundary and guide them verbally, competing against the clock and other teams. Rotations allow every team member to experience both the blindfolded navigator role and the guiding role — ensuring every participant understands the full communication challenge from both sides. The team with the highest combined point score across all rotations wins.

Stage 2: The Navigation Rounds – Each team member takes a turn as the blindfolded navigator, guided by their teammates. Points are accumulated for each round, with a running team leaderboard updated after each rotation.
