- Our expert instructor starts the activity energizers, followed by dividing employees into teams of equal size. Each team should consist of members with varying skill sets, strengths, and personalities to encourage collaboration.
- The instructor would provide the teams with clear instructions and guidelines on how to play the game, including the rules and objectives of each round.
- Each team would get access to our web based mobile gaming platform which would show clues and tasks to each team based on the wellness pillars, i.e., Body, Mind, and Soul. Each round should have unique challenges, and the teams must complete each task to earn points.
- Through their mobile phones participants would need to click pictures or make videos of doing the task and upload on gaming platform through their device.
- The teams would get points based on the successful completion of tasks and challenges. The team with the highest score at the end of the three rounds wins.
- The activity concludes with Debriefing the teams and sharing their pictures and videos with the entire group, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.
