Employees are divided into small competitive teams. Each group is provided with a large sling and a set of projectiles — soft, safe rounds designed for maximum arc and spectator appeal. Teams take turns launching projectiles at designated targets or into catching zones, with points awarded for accuracy and successful catches within the time window. Our facilitator manages scoring, safety distances, and competitive commentary throughout. A tournament bracket with group heats, semi-finals, and a championship final with trophy presentation creates sustained competitive structure for larger groups.
