About Nooran Sisters
Nooran Sisters are a Sufi singing duo consisting of Sultana Nooran and Jyoti Nooran from Punjab. They have had a series of hit songs in Bollywood with songs including "Patakha Guddi", "Ghani Bawri" etc. Hailing from the Sham Chaurasia Gharana of music, the Nooran Sisters have managed to keep the Sufi heritage sky high in Bollywood.

- Nooran Sisters gained recognition after featuring the song "Tung Tung" in MTV Sound Trippin of MTV India in 2012. The song was later adapted in the 2015 Bollywood movie, Singh is Bling. They sang "Patakha Guddi" in Highway, composed by A.R Rahman.
- They won various awards for the song "Patakha Guddi" including Mirchi Music Award for "Upcoming Female Vocalist Of The Year" and "Vocalist (Female) Of The Year, the Global Indian Music Academy Award, and the Screen Award.
- They also received the Best Playback Singer award of the Filmfare Awards Punjabi for the song "Yaar Di Gali" in 2017.
- The sisters have also performed at MTV Unplugged and Coke Studio which turned them into YouTube sensations. Other movies they have sung in include, Sultan, Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Dangal, Tiger Zinda Hai and many more.
