How
The challenge begins when our facilitators divide the employees into teams and provide a kit of materials and some detailed prints. The teams then blueprint a bodywork design to build and brand the car and win the points for the best design. The activity consists of assembling a car from scratch with the body parts being provided. It gets more interesting as the whole team has to work together to build the framework of the car and then put it to test. Once the construction process is complete, teams come up with a race strategy with their own branded motor car. Grand Prix moment arrives and all team endeavours will be over in a flicker as the lights flash and all teams compete for the chequered flag!
