About Kaustubh Radkar

Dr. Kaustubh Radkar is India's first and only Ironman triathlete to complete the race 40 times, and the only Asian — and fourth person in the world — to finish an Ironman on all six continents. Following engage4more's STRIVE framework for impactful keynotes, his sessions turn nearly two decades of extreme endurance racing into structured lessons on discipline and mental toughness for corporate audiences. A former Indian national swimming champion (1995–2000) and a trained doctor with a background in rehabilitation and exercise science, Radkar completed his first Ironman in 2008 after a chance conversation about Ironman Hawaii reignited his competitive drive.

He went on to become the only Indian to finish the Ironman World Championship at Kona (2017), the fastest Indian at the Comrades Ultramarathon (2016), and holds the record for fastest Indian debut at Ultraman Florida. He delivers keynotes and fireside conversations, available in-person and virtually, on extreme endurance, discipline, and reinvention — drawing directly from a career built one grueling race at a time.

Through engage4more, which has coordinated 5,000+ corporate events across India, Radkar has been booked for corporate wellness programs, leadership offsites, and endurance-themed keynotes alike. His profile has stayed prominent through 2025–2026, featured in an in-depth Red Bull profile in 2025 revisiting his journey from a Pune-based exercise science practice to global six-continent Ironman finisher. He was selected as a Fit India Ambassador under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Fit India Movement, and beyond his own racing, he has personally coached more than 50 athletes to Ironman finishes, giving his talks a genuine coaching depth beyond just personal achievement.
