What

Giant Jenga is far more than an oversized party game — it is one of engage4more's most consistently requested corporate icebreakers because it does something multi-day workshops often struggle to achieve: it creates genuine, unscripted conversation between people who would otherwise sit silently at a table. Every block extraction is a micro-decision about risk. Every wobble sparks collective breath-holding. And every crash is a shared emotional event that erases hierarchy between a first-year analyst and a Vice President in the same instant.

Our delivery is grounded in engage4more’s MORE² Framework, which diagnoses the precise engagement gaps your team needs to address. Where strategic alignment is the objective, we layer in our SPARK Framework to connect the activity to your organisational priorities. To maximise the day’s impact, we recommend anchoring the session with one of our expert Motivational Speakers whose keynote primes the team for the experience ahead.

The activity scales beautifully — from a tight team of 20 to a company-wide fun-fair of 500+ running simultaneous towers across a ballroom. Because the rules take thirty seconds to understand, no one is left behind. Because the emotional stakes feel real, no one is scrolling their phone. Giant Jenga works equally well as a standalone fun break, a pre-dinner warmup at an annual offsite, or a themed team-building competition with a facilitated debrief.

How

Guided by our facilitators, teams are assigned to professional-grade hardwood towers scaled to 90–120 cm. Each round is governed by our proprietary “Rule Card” mechanic — spontaneous tasks, trivia questions, or team challenges that must be completed before the block is placed. Scoring tracks both tower survival time and Rule Card completion, rewarding precision and collaboration simultaneously. The session concludes with a facilitated debrief connecting the risk decisions of the game to real-world workplace behaviour.

To book Giant Jenga for your event,

Stages

  • Stage 1: The Tower Briefing – Facilitators introduce the Rule Card mechanic, teams are formed, and towers are set at uniform starting height.

  • Stage 2: Extraction Rounds – Players extract a block, complete their Rule Card challenge, and place it under the eyes of the full group.

  • Stage 3: The Wobble Championship – Semi-final towers where two teams compete side-by-side, generating natural crowd energy and cross-team banter.

  • Stage 4: The Grand Crash & Debrief – The final tower fall is celebrated. A short debrief connects the game’s calculated risks to workplace decision-making culture.

FAQs

Absolutely. Giant Jenga requires no physical fitness, special skills, or prior knowledge. It is one of our most age-inclusive activities, working equally well for a team of fresh graduates and a room full of senior leaders.
Giant Jenga works beautifully for groups as small as 15 and as large as 500+. For larger groups, we run multiple towers simultaneously with our Rule Card tournament format to keep everyone engaged.
Yes, it is fully deployable indoors. We require approximately 2x2 metres of clear floor space per tower. Standard hotel ballrooms and conference halls are ideal venues.
A standard session runs 60 to 90 minutes, including the Rule Card tournament rounds and a facilitated debrief. We can scale to 30 minutes as a warmup or extend to 2 hours as a standalone event.
We bring everything — the professional-grade hardwood towers, Rule Cards, scoring boards, and facilitation props. You only need to provide the venue space and access.
Yes. We can design custom Rule Card decks that incorporate your company values, product knowledge questions, or event theme — turning the game into a branded engagement experience.
We offer both formats. The pure fun version is great for Fun Fridays and casual events. The competitive tournament format — with team leaderboards and a championship finale — works better for structured team-building events.
Not at all. Our facilitators manage the energy around each fall — celebrating it as a shared moment rather than a failure. New towers are reset quickly, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the session.
Yes, and we recommend it. Giant Jenga works exceptionally well as one station in a multi-activity carnival format, or as the opening warmup before a more structured team-building programme.
We recommend a minimum of 5 to 7 working days for standard bookings. For large-group events of 200+ or pan-India deployments, we recommend 2 to 3 weeks to ensure equipment availability and facilitator allocation.
