Our facilitator sets up the giant chess board with full-height pieces at your venue and divides participants into two competing teams. Each team nominates a "Chess Commander" who executes moves, but all strategic decisions are made collectively through team debate within a 2-minute move clock. Our facilitator manages timing, coaches chess basics for participants unfamiliar with the game, and runs live commentary that builds spectator engagement throughout. For larger groups, we run simultaneous boards in a round-robin tournament format. The session concludes with a champion celebration and optional chess strategy debrief connecting game decisions to real workplace strategic thinking.
