What :

CTC (Corporate Talent Championship), an initiative by engage4more, is world’s biggest inter-corporate contest in performing arts. Currently running 8th annual season, CTC helps corporate world to reconnect with their college days hobbies which they abandoned due to work pressure!

Why :

With categories in Music, Acting, Dancing, Singing and Corporate Band, CTC is an inclusive contest ensuring very high level of employee engagement. Over one lakh employees from more than 500 leading employers of the nation have participated in CTC, with largest participation from young Gen Y employee base. Fun filled intra-corporate auditions delivers Fun at Work and our high level of social media visibility helps building employer brand for the participating corporates.

How :

Post subscription, we deliver CTC activities with end to end management at your office including communications support, online registrations along with query management support including call and chat for your employees. One time fees also includes fees for the city finale participation along with stay arrangements for your employees if they qualify for the India Grand Finale in Mumbai.
