How
Employees are grouped into two teams of 5 members each, with each participant geared up in a 3.5 to 4 foot body zorb ball filled with air. Standard football rules apply — with one spectacular addition: players are fully encouraged to use the zorb's buoyancy to bump, bounce, and roll into opponents as a tactical tool. Our facilitators manage match timing, refereeing, and player rotation throughout. For larger groups, we run a tournament format with multiple teams competing in a knockout bracket culminating in a championship final with trophy presentation.
