Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Awardee, a former Indian mountaineer to have scaled Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse just in a span of 6 days. A mountaineer who has turned his passion into his profession.
Achievements
Keval is blessed by the mountain gods, as he makes it to the summit of all the 8000m mountains he has climbed up till now, in his first attempt itself. He has already climbed five peak out of the 14 8000m peaks within a span of just 5 years. He has climbed Mt. Annapurna (known as the deadliest mountain) in 2021, created history in 2019 through his dual summits to Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse, within just a span of 6 days, climbed Mt. Cho Oyu (world’s 6th highest peak) in 2018 and Mt. Manaslu (world’s 8th highest peak) in 2017. He has successfully made a winter ascent to Mt. Stok Kangri in the Leh region (known to be the coldest region during winters in India). Keval has been awarded with the Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award, the highest national award in the field of mountaineering.
