Formed in 2010, Parvaaz is an Indian rock band from Bangalore. The band has a lineup of four members and its sound has often been described as one that transcends musical genres taking the listener into spaces that traverse blues, folk, and psychedelia, wrapped in an ambient sound that is familiar yet elusive.

Parvaaz has released four albums that were huge hits. The band also won the Toto Funds the Arts Awards for Music for their Album Baran in 2015. The band won the Sennheiser Top 50, a nationwide band hunt whose grand finale was held in Mumbai in 2016. The band has also contributed music to the National Award-winning film Soz which went on to win the Best Debut Film at the 64th National Film Awards. The band has been featured on Rolling Stone India many times. They have held concerts and also performed at many music festivals. They have a massive number of followers on social media and millions of views on YouTube.
